Diego Brando, nicknamed "Dio," is a character from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, specifically acting as a major antagonist in Part 7: Steel Ball Run. He made his debut in Eden and the Forgotten People.

Diego Brando is a supporting antagonist from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run. He is the alternate counterpart of Dio Brando, a major antagonist who appeared in the previous parts, which take place in an alternate reality.
A well-renowned horse jockey, Diego entered the illustrious Steel Ball Run race for the fortune, but would later come into the employment of Funny Valentine to aid him in the search for the Corpse Parts.
Pre-Convergence[]
Diego was in the middle of the events of the Steel Ball Run race before he was suddenly dropped into Eden along with the rest of the participants of the Eden Incident.
Plot Involvement[]
Eden and the Forgotten People[]
He had fairly limited involvement with the direct plot, mainly staying alongside Vanilla Ice, acting as his essential lord and master like his alternate counterpart, Dio Brando.
After a brief conversation with Vanilla Ice, who remarked that Diego possessed a human heart unlike his alternate counterpart, Dio, and being kissed by Vanilla Ice, he would return to his respective world and be on his way to going back to participating in the Steel Ball Run race on his horse, Silver Bullet.

- Funny Valentine - The primary antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7: Steel Ball Run who appeared in Monokuma Rising. They allied themselves with each other against the protagonists of the part.
- Vanilla Ice - A supporting antagonist from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 3: Stardust Crusaders who also debuted in Eden and the Forgotten People. As an obsessed servant of Dio, he confuses Diego for Dio and decides to serve him when they meet each other in the Murder Tale.
- Dio Brando - The primary antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure who made his debut in The War of the Universe. Diego is an alternate incarnation of DIO from another world.
