Zaheer is a character from the Avatar franchise. He made his series debut in Monokuma's Awakening.

Canon Edit

Zaheer is the antagonist of the third season of The Legend of Korra, the sequel series to Avatar: The Last Airbender.

He is the head of the Red Lotus, a group dedicated to the idea of no nations or borders in the world. They stand opposite of the Order of the White Lotus, the Four Nations, and the Avatar.

He joined Red Lotus as a non-bending teenager, learning about Raavu and Vaatu, and Avatar Wan's decision to separate the two. He believed that this decision caused a disruption in the natural order, and began to look for a way to reverse this decision.

Following the Harmonic Convergence, Zaheer became an airbender and used his newfound power to ascend the ranks and become the leader of the Red Lotus.

Pre-Convergence Edit

At some point, Zaheer was contacted by The Diver in order to save Wanda Maximoff and a group of individuals that were trapped in the Dark Place.

Plot Involvement Edit

Monokuma's AwakeningEdit

Zaheer appeared during the final chapter, saving the group from the holds of the Dark Place, Mother, and Junko Enoshima.

Chillin' in ColumbiaEdit

Zaheer appeared briefly alongside Solas, helping carry out his plot to make Junko Enoshima a time traveler.

Civil WarEdit

Zaheer appeared alongside Solas in the final chapter of the event, appearing before Junko and explaining his plot and desire for disorder.

Fighting of the SpiritEdit

Zaheer made a cameo in the sixth chapter, working with Solas in order to add more malevolence and cause disorder amongst Ash for Jade Curtiss. It is unknown what happened to him following Ash's destruction.

Character Relationships Edit

Trivia Edit

  • Because of his fighting career, Zaheer has cauliflower ear, a condition common in martial artists and full-contact sports players in which the ear becomes permanently swollen.
